The House that Love Built
Alpha Delta Pi is proud of its long-standing relationship with Ronald McDonald House Charities (RMHC). Since our partnership began in 1979, Alpha Delta Pi has contributed more than $6 million to this worthwhile organization. The mission of RMHC is to create, find and support programs that directly improve the health and well-being of children. RMHC makes an immediate, positive impact on children’s lives through its global network of chapters and through its three core programs: Ronald McDonald Houses, Ronald McDonald Family Rooms and Ronald McDonald Care Mobiles. RMHC also provides funding to other not-for-profit organizations whose programs focus on children in need.
Today, more than 300 Ronald McDonald Houses in 52 countries help keep families with seriously ill or injured children together when they need it most by offering them a comfortable, temporary residence in proximity to a medical facility. In addition to donating money to this worthwhile cause, many Alpha Delta Pi collegiate chapters and alumnae associations spend their time and energy volunteering at these houses. Last year our members contributed more than 30,000 service hours to the Ronald McDonald Houses and more than 23,000 hours to other service opportunities.
In addition to Alpha Delta Pi’s support and partnership with RMHC, ADPi encourages our chapters and members to be the finest citizens of their campuses and communities.

Hotcakes for Kids:
Every Spring we work with the local McDonalds to host a pancake dinner at McDonalds with all proceeds benefitting RMH . Last year we raised over $7,525.79 for the RMH of Durham!

Ram Roast
Every Fall we host our annual Ram Roast benefitting Ronald McDonald House. We sell BBQ plates at the house and prepare for our rival game versus UNC.
